How support works (online orders)
- Step 1: Call with your order details so we can verify the issue (damaged, incorrect item, or warranty).
- Step 2: We’ll provide documentation/photo guidance and coordinate with the carrier or manufacturer as needed.
- Step 3: We confirm the resolution path (warranty service, replacement from manufacturer, etc.).
What to have ready
- Order number or receipt
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if damaged/incorrect
- Any manufacturer correspondence (if already opened)
Quick notes
- No returns for online orders. Warranty assistance and shipment issues are supported.
- Installed/used items typically aren’t eligible for replacement outside of warranty.
- Special-order items follow manufacturer policies; we’ll help coordinate.
